We are always mindful of the format of the event, which means that in our work we unswervingly abide by the rules of holding conferences.

For holding business events we are glad to offer:

- a negotiation room for 15 people provided with all business services (telephone and fax communications, Internet, photocopier, secretary and interpreter's services, etc.) 

- a 90-seat convertible conference room fitted with modern audio, video and projection equipment. 

With regard to our partners' needs and based on previous experience, we offer you the following extra services:

• Room reservation, reception of and service for guests, delegations and business partners;
• Transportation (transfers);
• Support of business events: scanning, copying and distribution of documents; fax communication, Wi-Fi Internet; 
• Outfitting the hall in line with the subject of the event;
• Rental of extra equipment for the conference hall;
• Technical support of the event by specialists;
• Settlement of extra organisational issues related to a conference, seminar, etc, by preparing invitation cards, presentation materials and so on;
• Coverage of the event in the mass media (press conference, reporting, video shooting, etc.) 
• Providing an interpreter, if necessary;
